A foreign doctor missed numerous chances to save Baby P's life in the weeks before his death, a hearing heard today.

Nigerian GP Dr Jerome Ikwueke examined Peter Connelly on at least 15 separate occasions - but allegedly failed to notice extensive injuries sustained from the horrific abuse he received.
