Charges dropped against 10-year-old in Liberian rape case
A 10-year-old accused of taking part in a gang rape in July will not stand trial.
On Thursday, a Maricopa County Juvenile Court judge ruled that the boy could not understand the charges against him and was not mature enough to adequately assist his defense attorney.
