Is this where the stolen babies are ending up?

This is an "orphanage" in the Ukraine, but it's also posing as a hospital. Its website states that the children are kept in quarentine for a month when they arrive - it sure sounds a lot like the old Pindown routine to me!

I strongly suspect that this is where our state stolen forced adoption children are ending up.
