Parents sue over school's inquiries
The parents of an Out-of-Door Academy student are suing the elite private school after "you show me yours, I'll show you mine" incidents on the playground ended with a state investigation.
The parents, who are identified only by the initials CK and EK, say the school's teachers and officials talked to other parents, the board of trustees and a psychotherapist about their child without their permission, the lawsuit states.
