Flintshire Council children's services team slammed
A FAMILY has been awarded more than £4,000 in compensation for the distress caused by Flintshire Council's "maladministration".
A report, by the public services ombudsman for Wales, found there was 'repeated and prolonged maladministration' in the way the council dealt with a family in the county, in a case that dates back several years.
