Governor signs bill for foster children visits
A bill requiring counties to arrange visits between foster children and their siblings was signed into law by Gov. Bill Ritter on Thursday. The new law only requires the visits if siblings have been separated and want to stay connected.

Note: Isn't it a shame that they should have to make a law to get them to keep siblings in touch with each other?
