Foster father who confessed sexual abuse to police pleads not guilty
The former foster father who faced 85 counts of sexual abuse against a 15-year-old foster daughter in 2004 and confessed in April to sexually abusing another 12-year-old foster daughter after the victim videotaped one of the assaults, pleaded not guilty Tuesday in district court.
