CPS to talk about over-representation of Black children in care
Child Protective Services will hold a town hall meeting Thursday evening to discuss the problem of the over-representation of African American children in Lubbock’s child welfare system and to solicit public input on the problem.
Note: And every parent victim of CPS in the state should attend. They want public input, lets give it to them.
