It was really very interesting topic to dive into. Very recently especially during covid=19 we are getting face Unfair Dismissal Claim remarkably. There are huge discusses and rules regarding issue in almost all the country in the world. Actually, the issue can be solved by a combination of employers and employees. I think the employers should respect the importance of industrial relations, employment and labour laws as well as the employees also should be sincere to begets high performance with their skills to make the industry sustain.
