I've seen a lot of comments on child abuse article sites where they say people should have to apply to have children, forced sterilization, forced birth control, etc. and that's very, very scary to me. That's selective breeding and population control at it's very worst. This is what Hitler tried to do in Germany back in the 30s and look what happened there. Do you really, really want this to happen here? It's already almost to the point where the poor and under-educated are nothing more than breeders for the state and this kind of mentality is only going to make things so much worse.
