Runaway teen who fears family after Christian conversion ordered to DCF custody
has anyone actually read the whole story? those people are more definitely a cult. A run away teenager goes to their house, they keep her hidden until one day she calls the suicide hotline and a cop comes investigate. Had she not called the hotline, they would have kept her hiddent. I m sorry but this is kidnapping to me. As far as her being in danger, it seems to me that she had been brainwashed. She decided to become christian four years ago, dont you think her parents knew about it already? And yes, I am a christian, but i also believe in family value. taking a teenager girl away from her home and brainwashing her seems like the beginning of a cult. Who knows what would have happened if she had not call that hotline? what tells you that those people are better than her parents?
