the Saskatoon Service office is in terrible condition . they behave as though above the law. the report " Breach of Trust ", full text available at www.saskcao.ca , is only the tip of the iceberg . unit supervisors are on power trips & are themselves "abusing" this cities children .
judges need to wake up to reality & hold them accountable .
