No new trial in foster family molestation
Tuesday, 8:50 a.m. -- A man convicted of molesting foster children should not get a new trial even though some of his young victims now say they never were abused, a judge ruled Tuesday morning.
The ruling, by Judge Louis P. Etcheverry, clears the way for Justin James Erbacher, 24, to be sentenced. He faces a term of more than 100 years.
