Father of Beaten 10-year-old Fresno Boy Speaks Out
On Wednesday the Joe Hudson spoke out about the brutal death of his 10-year-old son, Seth Ireland.
Hudson said he was fighting for custody rights before his son died from blunt force trauma in a Fresno Hospital. Hudson says he lost his visitation rights when Seth's mother, Rena Ireland, lied to a social worker with Fresno County Child Protective Services about who was beating on their son.
