Accused Killer, 9, Released to His Mother
A 9-year-old Arizona boy accused of killing his father and another man has been temporarily released from his detention.

I can't help but wonder what the father and his friend might have been doing to this boy and for how long. One thing is for sure, the child could not have bought the gun. For the father to have left the gun where the child could get it indicates the parent's lack of wisdom and care. A child is still a child and cannot fully understand his actions. This child should be returned to his mother.
