See I got a theory, that they want new foster parents to replace the old ones who have finally woken up to the reality that these people suck to deal with. They like them young and influential and more easily manipulated into going along with the scheme. So these kinds of articles are written for and generally appeal to the more gullible members of the normal race. The ones who will buy into the bullshit and regurgitate it back onto the next sucker so that they get involved and bite into that piece of the American Pie, otherwise known as the Child Protective Industries Financial Streams.

My name is Sandy. In March of 2010 DHS came to my home after recieving hotline information that i was using drugs. That day I submitted to a drug test that they claimed I failed, and it was never sent to a lab but instead discarded into the home trash. My children were removed that day and placed into foster care. Three weeks later i voluntarily submitted to a hair strand test that they then lost. After nine months and multiple passed tests later the hair strand test was found and showed that i passed. This all began thirteen months ago. I can prove MULTIPLE acts of corruption by the department and am in desperate need of legal advice, as my children have still not been returned to me. PLEASE HELP!!

Riverside County Child Protective office is Stealing our Babys and Adopting them out just like that! We no longer have Rights to our own children. I am a Woman that was in a very Abusivie realationship and need help getting out of that mess when cps came into my home and kidnapped my son right out of my arms! he has been gone for 6 months now and they still wont give me my child bake! I am out of the mess with the abuser so why are they keeping my child and telling me that hes going to be adopted after I completed the case plan? My son has been in 4 different homes in the last 5 months where are my child's rights and why can cps violate them if I cant??? Something really needs to be changed in our Family Courts before people start going crazy because our kids are being KIDNAPPED...............FROM THE STATE

Recently, the ministry from Kelowna removed my Grandson (from my daughter who resides in Kelowna) from the care of his grandmother who resides in Surrey. The child in question has lived with his grandmother for 8 out of the last 11 months. It seems to me that if the family has already been addressing the issues the child's mother was having and the child best intersts were being respected with the families care plan that the ministry should not be able to remove a child from it's primary residence due to the actions of a parent not living with the child. Nor is there a likilyhood of the child being affected by the action of a parent living in a separate city....The ministry should not have the power to steal children who are not at risk from on city and place them in Foster Care in a different city..

My 3yr old daughter was taken from my husband & I, wrongfully. She was taken into CPS we were not allowed to see or talk to her for a week. The cops literally came into our home & took our daughter because a neighbor called & reported abuse to the cops, which were false allegations. We hired an attorney & got our daughter back a week later. While she was in the Laura Destler shelter she was abused. She has nightmares, will not take a bath, won’t change in front of us, scared of the dark & her own father, won’t sleep in her bed & screams & cries in her sleep. She also had marks on her lower back. Anytime she sees the police or a police care she freaks out & starts crying saying 'mommy I don’t wanna go back to that place, the teachers aren’t for kids, and I promise I'll be good!' - Absolutely heartbreaking as a mother, that my child was taken from everything that she knows & had to eat, sleep & bathe in a completely foreign environment & the feeling I got when my lil girl tells me she was abused & gives me graphic detail of what happened to her, I reported this abuse to our case worker. They sent someone out to our home to tape record our daughter’s statement. The VERY next day a worker from DHS came to my home with 3 police officers, took my daughter, again. Told me I needed to take a drug test & if I passed I would get her back. I took the test. passed & I still do not have her back, they are now trying to get me to admit to mental illness etc & that they will give my daughter back. Not only was she taken wrongfully, she was abused & would not of had to go through that if it wasn’t for false allegations, we report the abuse & now they are trying to dangle my child as bait & tell me I will get her back if I admit to something that is ABSOLUTELY untrue, as a mother I have considered to admitting to these false allegations just to be able to hold my lil girl again, it’s been 2 weeks now & it’s killing me. I’m a stay at home mother & we do everything together, Yoga, cooking & cleaning etc. No child should ever have to go through something like this, if it happened to her, I am so scared for all those other kids in that shelter that it is happening too. I will never know exactly what happened to her in that horrible place but whatever it was will affect me as a mother for the rest of my life & has changed my little girl’s behavior within the week that she was there. My only hopes is that she is young enough that she will forget about this horrible situation, me as a mother, I will NEVER forget about this nightmare we are living in. We just want our lil girl back & justice to be served.
