Judge orders parents who talked critically of CPS to FOX 26 to pay $5000 in sanctions
Child Protective Services accused the Giwa’s of medical neglect even though doctors could not explain why their toddler age son was not thriving like his twin sister.
these parents are being sued for speaking the truth, but cps can change their names to cover up their corruption and neglect, and that children they steal from loving families when there are children that should be removed are left behind. cps causes more problems in this world that continues and when called out all they do is change their name but dont change how the operate. their they claim to remove a child and use neglect but in their investigation will put children in a place that abuses them. I moved from my neighbor that i used to watch my grandkids due to her abusing my oldest cause she favored my youngest age 2 and 4 when cps removed them from me and placed them back in her care also this women filed taxes on them that i had to contact irs to get it straight. i was told to call upon dcf if i needed help so i did and now i dont have my grandkids and i wanted help with daycare instead i had to cut my work hours from a place i worked that needed full time workers and because of dcf neglect I lost my job, a lawsuit that was in progress from a state daycare that put me in the position i was in. i had custody that they removed from me and gave my daughter a case plan told me grandparents dont have rights to be in court but the fostor parents dcf had on standby while they both was wanting my daughter 22 to sign off her parent rights. i had them for 2 years no problems till i asked for help. so what makes cps and different to care for our children when they are called out on their neglect and death in their care. who get funded to remove adoptable children from their blood line to a money making system

this is a violation of the 1st Amendment-PLAIN AND SIMPLE.
IF the POS radicals can SPEW death threats,hate and violence on the streets,in meeting halls ON THE INTERNET ,this individual CAN SPEAK UP THE SAME.
