Man arrested, charged with abusing 20-month-old child in Edgecomb
Police have arrested Matthew Grasser Jr., 21, for allegedly abusing a 20-month-old boy.
Note: Now let me get this straight, they snatched this kid, put him with a child abuser where he was abused, then gave him back to his mother after the abuse.
Good Job Maine CPS.
