Edwardsville man sues county Children and Youth, alleging gender discrimination
An Edwardsville man who battled for 4� years to obtain custody of his child from Luzerne County Children and Youth Services has filed a federal lawsuit against the agency, alleging it discriminated against him because he is a man.
