Legally Kidnapped

In Canada, law was passed in August 2000 concerning apprehension orders. Children's Aid can only get apprehension orders themselves if they are registered social workers, that means wrote a thesis, have a degree in social work and are registered with the Canadian College of Social Workers. Otherwise they are not in a position to get apprehension orders to take our children. If a judge gives the order, one must check and see if these requirements of the law have been met. I was not served my papers from cas and they went to a judge in absentee, that means i was absent when they did this, and i mean absent out of the city in another location within the province. The fact that the parent is not there is not illegal, unless you are trying to hide something, but that parent who was not present the day the orders were given to cas has legally 30 days to appeal. i was not made aware of this until much after the 30 days and that is not right for a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada to do this. Be aware parents, this is just another way for cas and your legal representative to screw you and take your kids!!
