2 top Fla. child welfare officials resign
Two high level executives are among a handful of people who have resigned from the Department of Children and Families after the agency came under scrutiny in recent weeks over the death of a 10-year-old foster girl at the hands of her adoptive parents.
Now if we could just arrest the rest of them for their Federal Crimes against families (several of which are Capital Crimes)-
