A Peoria couple that temporarily lost physical custody of their kids for taking partially nude bath- and playtime photographs of the girls will speak out later today. ---- City: Nude pics raised red flags
Un-freakin-believable. What has this world come to? We are not even allowed to take bath time photos of our children anymore?? Hell I am 41 years old and my mom has the peverbial "bear skin rug" shot of me when I was about 6 months old. Should she be taken into custody for child porn?!? NO!! Because as parents, we have ALLLL done the bathtub shot, or the rug shot or whatever - hell -- I have seen videos on Americas Funniest Videos of children running around with various items stuck in their butt crack - why does nothing happen to those parents for submitting the video to be shown on National Television?? I would LOVE to see this couple win this suit and make EVERY SINGLE PARTY pay dearly - and personally, if I had the opportunity, I would even sue that stupid photo clerk personally and make him/her pay for being a dumbass!!!!
This is all pretty absurd. I understand the need to protect children from abuse, but some minimum-wage register biscuit at Wal-Mart should not be the first line of defense. http://lawblog.legalmatch.com/2009/09/24/better-safe-than-sorry-when-puritanical-hysteria-harms-children/
