Sibling confiscation policy wrong answer to Mathis tragedy
In an otherwise measured and thoughtful editorial on the tragic death of Ezekiel Mathis, the 13-month-old who was beaten to death in Tampa May 18, the Tribune argues that "allowing a child to remain in a household where another child already has been harmed is irrational — regardless of any safety plan. The law should be revised."
