Foster Kids Being Hit By Tough Economy
Another group of people in need is being hit by the tough economy. This time it's foster kids. Aspiranet Social Workers held an open house on Tuesday to give potential foster parents some information on how to bring home a child. But there wasn't a big turnout tonight and they're not surprised.
