Child protection failed 14-year-old who killed himself
THE Victorian Coroner has attacked the state's child protective services for failing a 14-year-old boy who killed himself after an "extraordinary" 14 notifications that he was at risk, condemning testimony from his last case worker that the boy was doing better.
