San Diego Man Who Runs Tijuana Orphanage Under Arrest For Child Abuse
A San Diego man in charge of a Tijuana orphanage is behind bars. The 45-year old orphanage director is accused of hitting and mistreating orphans. Officers say a 12-year old orphan managed to escape, and tell police about the abuse.
