Family with disabled child found inadmissible to Canada
The Federal Court of Canada today ruled that an immigration official did not make a reviewable error when the officer denied permanent residence to seven-year-old Rachel Barlagne because her disability would be a burden on Canada's social services. The decision means that the Barlagne family cannot become permanent residents of Canada.
