Former Erie County Child Protective Services worker gets three years probation for adoption scheme
According to the office of Erie County Court Judge, Michael L. D'Amico, former Child Protective Services investigator, Anthony Noble, was sentenced to three years probation and 200 hours of community service for his role in an adoption scheme.
