Spring Hill foster mother charged with abuse
Shelley Blair was charged this week with 15 counts related to the abuse of two children who were found running away from her Spring Hill home last fall.
The Williamson County grand jury charged Blair with eight counts of aggravated child neglect or endangerment, two counts of especially aggravated kidnapping, four counts of aggravated kidnapping and one count of assault, said Spring Hill Police Sgt. Justin Whitwell.
