Grandmother of 'barefoot in snow' child angry at Social Services
A Lisnaskea grandmother of a five-year-old girl who was found wandering barefoot in the snow in Omagh town centre has slammed Social Services on both sides of the border for failing to avert what may have resulted in a tragedy.
