DCF Commissioner Sue Hamilton is a disgrace!
Testimonies by family's victimized by the Agency at Legislative Hearings for over Ten years with horror stories of abuse, violations, kid's being physically injured even killed under their care, now their Head of the Agency is arrested for DUI! When are CT Leaders going to step up to the plate and dismantle this disfunctional Agency?
