The sound is due to the quality of the videos I had to work with, but the message is there.
This was wonderful, but where are the Michigan cases!?! You have to include Michigan, for we were the first state to design the policies.

ReplyDeleteGood Work. We are creating an enormous population of emotionally wounded young adults who will age-out of abusive foster care unable to function normally. We are spending buckets of tax money to support a system that has repeatedly shown itself incapable of protecting children.
