Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer signed a bill Thursday allowing Arizonans to become foster parents even if their own children haven't been immunized, while also advising state officials to exercise caution when placing children in those homes.
Note: I realize that not everybody believes in vaccination but realistically we don't know where these foster parents disease infested bio-kids have been. This will not help to improve upon the safety factors in Arizona's Foster Care System.

The premises of the state Women Development and Child Welfare Department (WD&CW) at Vengal Rao Nagar bore an unusually festive look on Saturday. Twenty five-year-old Anusuya Hema, who has with the state home for the past five years, became only second such member to get married in the past many years. An orphan soon after birth, Anusuya was adopted by the state home, and she spent her first 18 years at the state's juvenile welfare group.
