Bachmann warns healthcare reform law could be used to limit family birth rates

Rep. Michelle Bachmann (R-Minn.) suggested Tuesday that President Obama's health care reform law could give the government a dangerous amount of power in individual's health care decisions, going as far as to say "it isn't farfetched" that the federal government could try to limit birth rates by refusing to cover associated health costs after a family has a certain number of children.

Every foster child's story needs a happy ending

I suppose I should post this. Not because it holds any merit, but because of the source. Hopefully they'll come to the conclusion that many of these kids never should have been taken in the first place. We'll see.

There was simply no one to teach her those skills.

Rep. Bachmann, who supports a Constitutional amendment defining marriage between a man and a woman, initially coaxed the seemingly shy child to speak during the weekend event, only to be left virtually speechless when the boy said his mother was gay.
