The Florida Department of Children and Families is currently reviewing a formal complaint to bring felony charges against Walter Ravon Dawson, 48, also known as Ray Dawson, of Orlando after he filed false reports against a Marion County man.

A former TTC employee impregnated a 15-year-old girl in the care of the Catholic Children’s Aid Society 35 years ago, but the agency never reported the incident to police, a court has heard.

Howard Smith, 61, admitted Tuesday in Ontario Superior Court to having full intercourse three or four times with the girl in 1978 without using a condom, thus impregnating her when he was in his late 20s.

    Fayetteville North Carolina Cumberland county CPS/ children service case workers Melissa Reed and Amy Jordan has field to do their jobs appropriate. Melissa Reed has violated the Millington family rights. Chief director judge Elizabeth Kiefer has sign and Order to destroy evidence on Millington family case to cover up corruption.please help the Millington family receive Justice and return the Millington children back home to their loving parents. John has retired after failure to notify parents of court dates up to 2015 case workers were fired due to multiple violations and failure to let the parents no about court dates
