Will changes be made to the Foster case system in Texas?
Last month, a class action lawsuit was filed again Texas' Child Protection Services, and as a result Federal Judge Janis Jack ordered a overhaul of the foster care system that she called, "broken." Former family court judge, Brent Chesney, spent 3 years dealing with cases involving foster children and he agrees some change needs to be make. However, this order by Judge Jack has been appealed by the state.
