Social worker says she was wrongfully terminated at DCF

A former social worker in the Leominster office of the state's Department of Children and Families office recently filed a civil lawsuit and is seeking damages because she believes she was wrongfully terminated in retaliation, in part, for making complaints about how co-workers handled child-abuse cases, including one involving Jeremiah Oliver.
