Skiatook foster parents face abuse charges

A Skiatook couple was booked into the Osage County Jail on Friday on felony charges related to abusing a foster child. Both both posted $50,000 bonds the same day and were released. Cari Eckhart, 26, and Kenneth Glenn Randolph, 37, are accused of harming a five-year-old boy who was admitted to St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa with a brain injury on Dec. 13. Eckhart has been charged with enabling child abuse while Randolph is charged with child abuse by injury.
