Neb court: Mom can keep therapy files private

A juvenile court overstepped its bounds when it ordered a woman dealing with a combative, autistic teenager to turn over her therapy and mental health records to state caseworkers, the Nebraska Supreme Court ruled Thursday in a case that could restrict government officials' access to personal mental health records.
