Letter: Caseworkers at DCF may not give birth families a fair chance
This letter is in response to the editorial July 1, "In wake of Barahona tragedy, Florida Department of Children and Families must be careful not to overreact in other situations," where the writer reiterates the sad case of Nubia and her brother and a woman caring for her elderly mother.
I left a comment on that story-
ReplyDeleteI heartily agree with Heather. But I do not characterize CPS caseworkers with any diligence whatsoever for HELPING families or children.
This system and everything they do is utterly unconstitutional. Some of us call it EVIL.
CPS kidnaps kids, holds them for ransom, dopes them out of their heads and does NOTHING to help restore the family.
The "Child's Best Interest" is whatever makes the system the most money.
What do YOU think about the government kidnapping kids from 'Good Enough Homes" for hokey reasons, doping them out of their heads, holding them hostage for the Federal funding (stolen from Social Security) until they age out and then tossed on the street?
SLAVERY IS BACK. It is CPS.

The newspaper removed my comment. That has been happening a lot. I guess if you don't like CPS, you are denied Freedom of Speech.
ReplyDeleteI'll let you comment Leonard.
ReplyDeleteHell, I only moderate to prevent spam, which you'd see a lot of if I didn't. I even let the system sucks have their say.
