Oklahoma DHS director says comparing state child abuse statistics misleading

Oklahoma is doing a better job of preventing child abuse and neglect than national statistics reflect, says DHS Director Howard Hendrick.

In the UK Local Authority's give OFSTED misleading statistics to gratify their star status or league tables, when in fact they are failing.
IN OTHER WORDS WELL AND TRULY DUPED.

If the system is being sued by CR, it is bad and has almost no chance of Bering rehabilitated. (cf. Connecticut).
