Homeless Youth: Stories From The Streets Of King County

Young adults between the ages of 18 and 24 are among the fastest–growing segments of the homeless population. Some estimate 2 million young people become homeless nationwide each year. There are about 1,000 young people on the streets in King County on any given night. InvestigateWest, in collaboration with KUOW, takes a look at the lives of some of these young people. Carol Smith reports.
