Indiana Cuts Child Abuse, Neglect Prevention Program
The state is further cutting the budget of a successful program that provides counseling to families at risk of child abuse and neglect, leaving it with about a third less of the annual funding that it received just a few months ago.
I like how this "Program for Families that MIGHT neglect or Abuse" is deemed successful. Let me get this straight, they have NOT done so, but thanks SOLELY to the invention of this Program, they CONTINUED to not abuse or neglect their kids, WOW!
