Agency hid couple's relationship during adoption
When Michelle Mascaro and Corynne Romine, of Oak Park, adopted their daughter, Emma, through Lutheran Child and Family Services in 1996, the nonreligious child welfare agency that gave them a foster care license hid the fact that they were a lesbian couple.

Today is the day that Paul and Zabeth Bayne find out if they get their 4 children back, after 3 and one half years of MCFD lies and horrible treatment of them and their children. They recently (Feb. 10, 2011) had their newborn baby stolen by MCFD, hours after he was born. MCFD decreed that baby Josiah could not have breastmilk, even though Josiah was born premature and weighs less than 4 pounds. MCFD was so anxious to get Josiah into foster housing that they stuffed his little body into a car seat, did some cursory testing to sort of ensure that he would be okay, and then sent him to a home where the other children currently have infectious illnesses.
Go to Ron Unruh's blog today to read - at around 3 PM PST - Judge Crabtree's decision, and to find out how corrupt and evil that MCFD in British Columbia Canada really is:

Children are being stolen from good, loving parents and given to homosexuals. This is the new world order, unless we fight back.
AZ declares that it is a family first state; I know first hand that is not true. CPS took my two beautiful grandchildren, never notified me. I had a search out for my son for six yrs. When I found out I fought for a year trying to obtain custody of them. I became a PA. kinship fosterparent. The workers in AZ wrote me nasty emails saying they would advocate against me haveing my grandchildren. I even had two extra backgrounds done on the county level stating no allegations were ever brought against me. I managed to have the adoption stopped six times. They switched judges on me and everything. My county coordinator left the AZ adoption worker a messages that my paper work was on its way there; I was being hightly recommended for placement. The worker in AZ never called my worker back. Instead she told the judge she never received my paperwork and asked for the adoption to go through. She lied and now my grandchildren are lost to me.
