Attorneys Call For Partial Takeover Of DCF
Attorneys representing some 6,000 children in the state foster care system are calling for a partial federal takeover of the Department of Children and Families, saying DCF has failed to adequately provide services for the children or make sure they are adopted or reunited with their families in a timely manner.

ReplyDeleteI went through their website. Most of the time, it seems, the end result of their lawsuits is more money being pumped into the system. Better pay for foster contractors, etc.
