Former top foster parent gets 10 years for sexually abusing boys
Former Calgary foster parent of the year Garry Dale Prokopishin showed no signs of emotion or remorse as he was sentenced on Tuesday to 10 years in prison for repeatedly sexually abusing four teen boys under his care.
