Children’s homes yet to follow norms
While a government order (GO) issued to improve conditions in women's hostels is yet to see results, many children's homes in the city have still not complied with an earlier GO that laid down several guidelines for these homes. Some of the homes were even converted into paid hostels to avoid adhering to the regulations.
