Massachusetts DCF officials made multiple visits to Mattapan home where 14-year-old boy fatally shot younger brother, 9-year-old Jan Marcos Pena
The Department of Children and Families had previously sought custody of the 14-year-old Boston boy accused of fatally shooting his younger brother, 9-year-old Jan Marcos Pena, and caseworkers continued to visit the family's Mattapan home even after state custody was denied, according to reports.
Note: Since the State of Massachusetts apparently wants to dominate Legally Kidnapped.
