Bronx foster child missing after being taken by biological mother during scheduled visit: police
Foster child Paul Heavlow (right) has been missing since Wednesday afternoon. He was last seen with his mother Yvonne, who picked him up for a scheduled visit in the Bronx but never returned with the boy.
