Yes, I live in Alberta. They are on admission to take as many children as possible and put them in the system. They have children mid-diagnosed with something (ADD, ADHD, FAS) so there is more funding and help and everyone gets a pay cheque and all the crazy professionals are happy!
ReplyDeleteHere in Ontario is the same. We don't even have a stat for deaths. But I know of 2 personally and many who have been abused.
